Provide free education programs that develop business and employability skills for all ages 15 and over. Under the guidance of volunteer mentors from business, industry and community, participants form a real company, produce, market and sell a real product. Over 14-24 weeks they learn what it takes to work in a business and return a profit to their shareholders and the community.
