Suitable for beginners or those with experience you will learn to use tools to make lace-like edges and coloured inks to bring life to exquisite greeting cards or wall hangings made from parchment paper. The first kit is provided for $40 (payable to tutor) remaining supplies and equipment available week to week from tutor for approximately $15pw. No concession.
