Develop basic drawing techniques in black and white and colour. Learn skills in the use of planning a picture, tone, texture, direction, proportion and perspective. Individual interests in subject matter and paper-based mediums can be included in the course. Bring sketchbook larger than A4 size or similar, ruler, sharpener, good quality eraser, lead pencils - HB, 2B,4B,6B and coloured pencils, pastels or crayons and charcoal. Approximate cost of materials to complete course $25.
