Capoeira is a unique combination of martial arts, acrobatics, music, dance, philosophy, culture, performance and fun, which originated from the combination of African, Native Brazillian and Portuguese slaves in Brazil. Over the past four hundred years Capoeira has developed from a fight for freedom by slaves, to a language of expression that can be understood by everyone around the world.
