This is a course on advanced piping so before starting it is important to have a full understanding and practical knowledge of basic borders. As these new skills are based on old skills a practical review highlighting speed and care of top and bottom borders will be carried out in the first lesson. This course focuses on developing strong basic piping skills. With an assortment of standard tips we are going to explore the decorative effects of Royal Icing. Piped the same as Buttercream but having the property of hardening we will move into 3D decorations. Starting with flowers we'll move to Bridgework Lattice Trellis Lace Runouts Embroidery and Flooding.
