‘Tapas’ is the name given to describe a wide variety of snacks, canapés, appetizers or finger foods in Spanish Cuisine. They come in many different forms, can vary from town to town & may be cold or warm. The serving of tapas is designed to encourage conversation because you are not so focused on eating an entire meal set before you. Learn to prepare mouth watering sweet and savoury recipes such as Tortilla Espanola, Shrimp in Garlic, Piedmontese Peppers, Frittata, and Chicken & Guacamole wraps. Please bring apron, tea towels, medium container with lid & $20 for ingredients to the first lesson.
