An emphasis is placed on student participation and approximately forty wines are tasted from premium sparkling wine to inexpensive chardonnay. The course is suitable for both the novice and those working in the hospitality industry. Course fee includes the cost of wines tasted, student notes and a set of six professional wine tasting glasses. An optional eighth session in a restaurant is arranged. Participants must be 18 years or over.
