Let's Laugh

Join us every Saturday morning at 9.15am for 60 minutes of fun-filled laughter yoga that includes the famous laughter yoga exercises, gentle stretching and deep breathing. Our Laughter Leader, Bron Roberts is an International Laughter Ambassador and one of Australia's leading corporate and community Laughter presenters. Learn how to laugh for no reason, reduce stress instantly and enjoy and appreciate life to the full. Classes may be paid for on a sessional basis of just $5 per week and you are welcome to attend as many or as few classes as you are able.

3 DAY STAND-UP COMEDY WORKSHOP. Whether you have an interest in actually being a stand-up comedian or just want to employ humor more effectively in work, social settings or arguments with your spouse, then this fun and highly experiential workshop is for you. Good stand-up is a wonderfully uplifting experience for both performer and audience, but NOT as difficult as it sounds if you know a few tricks. In this workshop, students learn by DOING - and by the final Sunday they each will perform a set of all original comedy composed entirely from their own resources. Sundays 14 to 28 October. Fee $250.
