Strength, Wisdom & Energy - Working Mums Traditional Qi

This lunchtime course is a combination of traditional Chinese exercise and philosophies. It will energise you and give you the foundation to build a strong bond with your child. Be introduced to time honoured concepts to ensure wellbeing and promote harmony for the whole family. You will learn:
* Qi Gong exercises to restore energy and tighten tummy muscles
* The potential of your new role and the enrichment it can bring to your life
* Unlock "wisdom" to raise your child respectfully, and in turn receive their respect
* Techniques to feel energised, and tips to keep it up in your busy life

Timing: 4 x 45 min sessions commencing on the first Tuesday of every month at 12:45pm
What to bring: Flat shoes and pants are best for exercising, and these can be your normal work clothes. Feel free to bring your lunch to eat during the theory discussion.


 

Tai Chi and Qi Gong Teachers Course Traditional Qi

Whether you are a health professional, interested in Eastern philosophies or want to teach a dynamic and rewarding sport, this course will help you become the best teacher you can be. You will be given a certificate of completion. It covers every aspect of the subject: meditation, breathing, posture, movements, health theory, physiology, attitude, instruction method and regulations. After successfully completing the course, participants will be issued a Certificate of Competence in Instruction in Tai Chi or Qi Gong.

The instructor Angela Tian Zhu is a Qi Gong Teacher and practitioner of Chinese Medicine. She has been teaching Qi Gong and Tai Chi to tutors and students for over 30 years. Angela has worked as a National Instructor in Qi Gong in Beijing. She has qualified as a Tai Chi Instructor at Dongcheng District Wushu Academy Beijing and is a Qualified Instructor of Guo Lin Qi Gong with the Qi Gong Research Society Beijing.
