If you have completed the Reflexology for Beginners course you can progress to this course and learn how to help your elderly family and friends with these additional techniques. You will learn how to perform techniques which may assist with a number of health issues including the relief of painful conditions of arthritis as well as assist in relaxing the elderly to enable them to have a better quality of sleeping patterns. Our elderly need to be touched in a caring way and reflexology is an excellent modality to use in this way and the impact of touch can be profound for those involved.
