Using a blend of Natural Therapies psychology and Martial Arts this unique workshop is designed for anyone feeling stressed anxious or generally overwhelmed who seeks some direction. This practical introduction will assist you in understanding how anxiety and stress work how this impacts on our wellbeing and what you can do about it. Using simple relaxation techniques and incorporating boxing concepts we explore the stress response and learn strategies to regain control. We will also explore how our perception can trigger this response unnecessarily and how addressing our unhelpful thinking patterns can help to release us from the restriction this can place on our lives. At the end of the two sessions you will have enhanced understanding of your own symptoms and some practical ways of managing them. Consecutive weeks from start date. No concession.
