South Eastern NSWRange Rd, Mittagong Learn to create images from wood veneers using a scalpel to cut out and place components. Course also includes discussions on understanding veneers, grain, texture, colour and preparation. No experience is needed and students each complete their own project. With Leo Huyghebaert who has run his own furniture business specialising in marquetry for over 30 years, with his sons carrying on the tradition. Leo now concentrates on teaching and creating his own art works in marquetry.
