Identify and respond to children and young people at risk CHCCHILD401A from Certificate III in Children's Services CHC30708 The Children's Services Regulation (2004) states that ALL AUTHORISED SUPERVISORS must successfully complete a recognised course in child protection; and licensees are required to ensure staff and carers understand their responsibilities under child protection legislation. For existing services this means that all authorised supervisors (and temporary authorised supervisors) must complete a recognised program in child protection.
