From 29th September, 2008 new fatigue management laws come into place and all people who operate vehicles over 4.5 ton tare will be required to comply with these new regulations. This applies to local delivery drivers as well as interstate drivers. This is for basic fatigue management and allows for 14 hours work a day. A unit from Certificate II in Transport and Logistics (Road Transport) TLI20207. Lunch is included.
