Sydney - Southern SuburbsSutherland Road, Jannali A complete body workout incorporating low impact aerobics with intervals of strength training. Great for cardio vascular fitness fat burning and toning. All ages and fitness levels welcome you can work at your own pace. Bring resistance band (can be purchased in class) a water bottle exercise mat and wear comfortable clothing. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early first week.
