Ice skating is an elegant way to build fitness strength and co-ordination and did you know that there is an Olympic rink in the inner west where you can learn in a fun structured environment? Once you have learned the basics you can get serious with figure skating ice hockey speed skating synchronised skating or just informal relaxed skating.
