Ice skating is an elegant way to build fitness, strength and co-ordination. Learn the basic skills of ice skating and enjoy an informal, relaxed activity on an Olympic sized ice skating rink. Course fee includes skate hire, 45min of instruction and 45min of free skating. Participants are welcome to come to the rink for an additional 1 1/ 2 hour weekly practice.
