Climbing is a unique combination of the physical and the mental. This introductory course could lead you to outdoor rock climbing, or simply a new way to work out. Learn about climbing safety, effective warm-ups, and basic technique from an indoor and outdoor rock climbing competitor. Course fee includes all equipment hire and entry to the gym until 10pm.
