If you are walking regularly and would like to learn how to run then this course is for you. A morning class that progresses from walking-jogging-running 7km in a fun environment. Enjoy 2 mornings a week with a motivating coach learning how to gradually increase your pace and improve fitness. After 8 weeks you'll be jogging or running 7 k's!
