This hands-on, experiential course is designed to start or enhance current meditation practices. Using the third eye as a traditional way to gather consciousness, the resulting peace offers a welcome relief from the noise in our heads.
Experiencing the inner space of the third eye is at the heart of the Clairvision work. It has both a centring effect on the body and a calming of the mind. It provides the foundation for a powerful daily meditation. Participants will also learn complementary techniques to practice during everyday activities.
As these techniques form the basis of all the Clairvision work that follows, this weekend workshop is a requirement to attend the weekly classes.
Effective use of the ISIS technique leads to major releases of latent emotional charges and profound spiritual realisations. For many clients ISIS can facilitate a whole new start on life.
The strength of ISIS lies in a close integration of metaphysical and psychological dimensions. States of consciousness in ISIS aren\'t induced through hypnosis or visualisation, but through direct activation of the third eye. At more advanced levels, ISIS becomes a framework to explore states of consciousness and metaphysical levels at large.

Each class will consist of simple movement (asanas), breathing (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana) to prepare the body and mind for the meditative practice of sitting in stillness. Informal and relaxed environment. All equipment supplied.
