Introduction to Yoga - Beginners Course Moksha Yoga

This course has been designed specifically for those who wish to cover the basics of yoga postures, breath awareness and relaxation. The course is interactive and creates the space for you to explore the postures fully focusing on alignment, breathing and the benefits of each practice. As Yoga is an eightfold path we look at all aspects of yoga from Pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), asana (yoga postures) and meditation. The course runs for 1.25 hours over 5 consecutive weeks and you are provided with a course manual to support you during and after the course. We also offer a free yoga class to be used for the duration of the course in order for you to experience a group practice and apply the skills learnt during the course.
