Aerobic Dancing Fitness (10 weeks/1 session per week)
Treat yourself to a complete exercise dancing workout. Burn fat and improve your health and fitness. Join a friendly class; great motivating music incorporating Pilates matwork resistance training. For all levels of fitness. Maximum benefit is gained from attending twice a week. Bring a drink bottle an exercise mat or large beach towel and handweights (1-3kg) an advantage.
