African rhythms feel great to play! It's about groups of people playing a number of rhythmic patterns simultaneously to create beautiful interlocking rhythms! It's community based music making in that you need more than one person to create the whole rhythm ... drumming is a great way to meet new friends! Africa is blessed with 100's of rhythms. We are always introducing new traditional rhythms to keep it fresh!
