Bar Attendants
Materials: $37.50 (included in fee) Gain the skills to work in the hospitality industry as a bar attendant. Understand responsible service of alcohol - basic bar operation, cleanliness and maintenance, dispensing of beer and soft drinks. Also cover an introduction to wine service, basic cocktail mixing, customer relations and cash control. You need: to have a high level understanding of English and to be a minimum of 17 years and 9 months. Only people who are 18+ years of age will be able to participate in the handling and tasting of alcohol. ('P' plate drivers take note!).
