Boning Poultry and Terrine Making


Learn to bone poultry (chicken) and season with force meat and re-assemble for baking and presentation, butterfly poultry for marinade and barbequing, and make a terrine. Recipes and tastings included. Food costs of $20 payable to tutor on first night.
