This course is intended to provide you with the skills and knowledge you will need to become a high quality trainer/assessor. You will be provided with quality resources, opportunities to put theory into practise, and individual support in your study. This course is particulary suitable for people who do not yet have a job with a Registered Training Organisation. Through more face to face hours in the classroom participants will receive lots of support from the trainer and more practise opportunities in a simulated training and assessment environment.
