This workshop is hands-on and involves giving and receiving massage. You will receive guidance and information on acupressure points and massage techniques to be able to offer an effective head/neck/shoulders/arms massage to family and friends, assisting with relief from stress, tension and headaches. Please bring a notepad, pen and some lunch.
