This course will show you how to make your mind bright, focused and peaceful through some meditative and relaxing practices. These practices have their roots in Vedanta, Zen, Vipasana and Sufism. They are refined, however, to suit people from all walks of life. Bring a pillow and a towel or a yoga mat.
