Many positions such as in Nursing or the health industry, hairdressing, massage therapy, middle management positions dealing with personal staff issues and front-line positions dealing with customers all face surprise moments of personal crisis. People perhaps sounding off, seeking advice, help or just desperate for a listening ear. Without training this can be a minefield and yet workers are faced with these situations everyday. This workshop offers practical "do's and don'ts" to give greater confidence in handling such situations with respect, wisdom and grace.
