A gentle class. Yoga has been practiced from ancient times in India. Hatha Yoga is based on very deep rhythmic breathing. Enhance your physical well being through muscle and toning exercises done slowly with concentration and without force. Hatha Yoga will help keep your body supple fit and healthy and your mind alert. We recommend that you do not do this class if you are pregnant.
