A cooking class taught by Japanese born Kazuko Trevena. You will be shown how to prepare and present Sushi in several ways. You will also learn how to present these dishes on platters & plates in the Japanese style, and then you will be able to enjoy the food you have prepared. To allow Kazuko time for the special shopping necessary for this course please confirm your enrolment at least a week prior to the course
