Pulse8 Power Latin is a lively cardiovascular workout with spicy Latin Carnivale rhythms - Afro-Brazilian Salsa and Samba. Drum sequences and energetic A-Z combinations raise heart rate with fun shimmies Samba steps and earthy Arab-Latin belly dance. Power Latin is energetic. Pules8 Power Latin uses quare and circular shapes in floor plan routines and body moves - as well as group formation i.e. sections 1 2 & 3 are taught in linear formation and section 4 in a circle and we move between circular and linear depending on the section being taught. Please bring water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
