The 8 Week workshop courses are made up of 8 x 1 hour workshop classes (one workshop class per week) & are structured to build and follow on from each class, to enable you to learn faster. With the class sizes kept small, the instructors are able to work more closely with each student. Workshop classes are designed to break down all the hand, feet, body movement, lead and follow techniques in order to give you a firmer understanding of the basics, timing, coordination & partner work.
