Tai Chi / Chi Hung - Beginners

This course combines Tai Chi and Chi Kung. Chi Kung is a very gentle, elegant and refined exercise that will help you to relax physically and mentally, and is especially beneficial for people with back and neck problems. Combined with Tai Chi -original form, alternating slow and gentle, swift and twining movements, that promote health increases fitness and calms the mind. Tai Chi is a perfect discipline for inner and outer strength. The course also teaches the fundamentals of the Ying and Yang Philosophy through actual practice. Please wear comfortable clothing.
