Learn how to cook authentic Thai cuisine so that you can enjoy preparing your favourite Thai dishes at home. The course will see you prepare and make traditional spicy curries, relishes, vegetarian and noodle dishes and teach you some techniques to speed up your preparation time. There will be an additional cost each week for ingredients that will be discussed at the first class.
