An entertaining course presented by an experienced wine educator. Learn the past and present of this wonderful beverage. Each evening six wines will be tasted and compared. Wine and food compatibility will be discussed, as well as how to start a cellar. Course notes are supplied. A refundable deposit of $20 for six tasting glasses is included in the total course fee.
