A gentle course to reduce inflexibility, stress and tension and bring about a feeling of health and wellbeing through stretching, postures, breath awareness, relaxation and meditation. Bring a yoga mat or two towels, wear loose comfortable clothing. All levels welcome. The Police-Citizens Youth Club is located at 224-230 Falcon Street near Moodie Street.
