This course helps students build strong communication skills for professional and social settings. Learners will develop the ability to engage confidently in conversations, build rapport, and network effectively with others.
The program also focuses on negotiation skills, teaching students how to persuade, influence, and communicate confidently in professional situations. In addition, students will learn how to deliver impactful presentations by speaking clearly, organising ideas effectively, and engaging their audience. Communication skills for meetings are also developed, helping learners express ideas concisely and contribute effectively to discussions.
