Mark Zagora

Co-Founder and CEO

Mark Zagora is a co-founder of Courses.com.au as wel as a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Star Beta proprietary trading firm. Mark has been a professional trader for over 20 years. He began his trading career in Sydney on the FX Market Making Desk at Westpac and then moved to London to work as a Proprietary Trader.

In 2007 Mark started one of the first formal trader training programs in Australia, mentoring groups of trainee traders to develop local trading talent.

Joanna Oakey

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Joanna is a co-founder of Courses.com.au as well as a Mergers & Acquisitions and Commercial Lawyer, speaker and author. She has diverse experience working with a large portfolio of organisations in the areas of business sales mergers and acquisitions, contract law and commercial law.

Joana regularly speaks throughout Australia and conducts training in issues relating to contract law, compliance and the Competition and Consumer Act (formerly the Trade Practices Act).
