The SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness reflects the role of group and gym fitness instructors.

This course will teach our students how to screen and assess a client’s fitness, using the most up-to-date assessment protocols. Students will also learn to develop and deliver effective exercise programs which can be customised so they are safe but deliver prompt results!
