The PSP40416 Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) is becoming almost a mandatory qualification for those investigators either working in government or who have a desire to work in government as an Investigator in the future. Investigations include both internal and external allegations of fraud or criminal activity and ensure that any enforcement action resulting from the detection of an offence will minimise challenges to enforcement decisions presented to criminal or coronial courts, boards, tribunals or other regulatory commissions.
