A Roller Operator drives road rollers to compact soil, gravel, asphalt and other materials. You might work on roads, building sites or major infrastructure, following safety rules and maintaining equipment to meet compaction standards.

Roller Operators are vital to quality construction. You’ll need coordination, attention to detail and safe operation skills, plus stamina, teamwork and problem-solving to work effectively with crews and meet deadlines.
