It comprises two key skill sets: FNSSS00005, which covers applying legal principles in consumer and contract law, corporations and trust law, and property law; and FNSSS00008, which focuses on preparing tax documentation for individuals and administering tax documentation for legal entities. This certification prepares students for proficient practice as certified tax agents.
