TIV’s CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction is an entry level course that will take you through the full construction process from start to finish including building and construction regulations, the planning process, preparing a site and managing a construction site.

There are no formal academic requirements
- You are eighteen (18) years or older
- Construction industry experience is an advantage, as is experience in settings with transferrable skills such as competitive tendering, logistics or property maintenance
- You have a laptop with Microsoft office programs (or equivalent) and internet access for the duration of the course
- You can read, write and speak English competently
