Bachelor of Education (Primary)
Nationally Recognised Higher EducationThe Bachelor of Education (Primary) is a pre-service teaching degree that prepares you for roles in Primary teaching, from Prep through to Grade 6. This course is accredited through the Tasmanian Teachers Registration Board, and is recognised in all states and territories, so once you graduate you’ll be qualified to teach anywhere in Australia. Throughout your degree, you will study core theoretical aspects and evidence-based practice. You will also investigate childhood development and behaviour, and study the various subjects you will be teaching. You’ll focus on literacy learning, including speaking, listening, reading and writing, while also studying other subjects, such as Mathematics, Science, Art and Music, and Health and Physical Education.
