Make a start on your career in the media with this entry-level course. This qualification will give you the foundation skills needed to work in a number of assistant roles in radio, film, sound, media, and web design.

According to the Australian Government's Job Outlook service, the number of people working as performing arts technicians — including camera operators, lighting technicians, and sound technicians — grew very strongly over the past five years. Stable future growth is expected in this occupational area with employers looking for workers who are reliable, work well in a team, and have a strong work ethic.

Learn the practical skills and knowledge to create content for a range of media and visual design components, follow the design process, and develop and extend critical and creative thinking skills.
