Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)This course provides nationally recognised training for workers, or nominated workplace first aiders, from any industry sector and addresses the provision of care to adults and/or children in the workplace who are diagnosed as being at risk of anaphylaxis or displaying signs/symptoms of anaphylaxis.
Successful attainment of the two units within the course, as listed below, will result in the issue of a Statement of Attainment for the 22578VIC Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis.

Entry requirements
Domestic Students
- There are no mandated entry requirements.
Have literacy and numeracy competencies equivalent to the Australian Core Skills Framework Level 2. An example of an ACSF Level 2 competency is being able to read and comprehend the ASCIA Action Plan for Anaphylaxis, request appropriate emergency assistance at the scene of the incident and complete incident reports.
it is recommended that entrants have current competency in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
