According to the Australian Government's Job Outlook service, the number of people working in construction management roles has grown very strongly and is likely to see strong growth in the future. It is anticipated there will be around 54,000 job openings in this area over the next five years, ensuring your skills will be in high demand.
This course will teach you building and construction theory and practices related to low and medium-rise buildings. You will extend your knowledge to building surveying, job supervision and safety management. Our industry-expert teachers will help you develop project management skills in contract administration, project planning and costing, and resource and financial management.
Successful completion of this qualification meets the requirements for both a Builder - Medium Rise and Builder - Low Rise licence and will equip you with the skills you need to successfully manage a construction business for residential, commercial or industrial buildings.
