Individual Support - Ageing

This qualification is perfect for people already working in the industry, who wish to provide person-centred support to older people. The health and community sectors are experiencing a boom in Australia with more than 50,000 job openings expected over the next five years. This qualification will give you the skills needed to work in a diverse range of community and residential settings.

You will become skilled in supporting the empowerment of older people in their communities, people who have dementia and people with other complex needs. Our industry-embedded teachers offer one-on-one guidance to help you succeed in your studies no matter what flexible study option you choose.

This course will give you the specialised skills to care for older people in residential, community, and health care settings.
