Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry
Nationally Recognised Vocational Education and Training (VET)ITeC Academy’s White Card Wollongong training course is delivered as a face to face training program, where students will be directly supervised to help aid completion during their vocational education experience.
A White Card (General Construction Induction Card) is a mandatory requirement for construction industry workers in Australia. Completing this nationally recognised training means you can access operational construction zones and construction sites. Holding a valid White Card (General Construction Induction Card) means that you have completed official, certified general construction induction training with a registered training organisation within Australia.
White Card is the common name for the ‘Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry CPCCWHS1001′ nationally recognised training.
ITeC is a registered training organisation (RTO) with qualified and experienced trainers so you can be assured this training course will give you comprehensive training in how to prepare to work safely, recognise hazards, safety legislative requirements and risk management .
Applicants deemed competent and upon successful completion of this training course will receive a Statement of Attainment (SoA) and SafeWork NSW Statement of Training. Your White Card won’t expire until you stop working in the construction industry, unless you are not employed for 2+ years in the construction industry – then you will need to complete the course again.
We deliver White Card Wollongong at ITeC’s Construction Hub located in Coniston.
