About Baking Industry Training Australia
BITA (Baking Industry Training Australia) is the training arm of the National Baking Industry Association (NBIA).
We provide nationally accredited apprenticeship training for bakers and pastrycooks throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
Our Training is delivered on the job with the assistance of your qualified employer and visits from our trainers, or in our state of the art training facility located in Morningside, Queensland.
